Dr. Husain Alawadhi, a graduate of the Arabian Gulf University in Bahrain, transitioned to the United States, completing his Internal Medicine residency at Wayne State University. He pursued a fellowship in Pulmonary/Critical Care, achieving American Board certification. With a focus on lung infections and ICU care, he furthered his expertise with a fellowship in Infectious Disease, gaining dual board certification. From 2009 to 2020, he led the Intensive Care Unit at Mafarq Hospital. During the pandemic, he served as the Medical Director of the COVID field hospital in Ajman. Currently, a consultant in Infectious Disease, he explores interests in climate change and participates in various local and international meeting.
