  • Originality: All submissions must be original work and must not have been previously submitted or presented elsewhere.
  • Title: Concise and descriptive.
  • Authors: Include names, affiliations, and contact details.
  • Abstract Body: Maximum 300 words, structured as follows:
    • Background
    • Methods
    • Results [tables and figures are inclusive]
    • Conclusion 
  • Keywords: Up to five keywords.
  • Format: Submit in PDF or Word document format. 

  • Prepare Your Abstract: Follow the guidelines above.
  • Complete the Submission Form: Upload your abstract and provide the required information.
  • Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email upon successful submission. 

  • Submission Opens: May 26, 2025
  • Submission Closes: September 10, 2025
  • Acceptance Notification: October 10, 2025
  • Conference Dates: 24-26 October, 2025

  • Use large fonts for visibility.
  • Include graphs, charts, and/or tables.
  • Ensure content has a logical flow covering Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion.
  • E-Posters will be displayed onsite and digitally.
  • All content must be in English. 

  • Abstract submission deadline will be on 10 September 2025.
  • All abstracts must be submitted in English.
  • The presenting author is responsible for timely submission and communication with co-authors.
  • Accepted presenting authors must be available to present physically at the conference on October 25-26, 2025.
  • Presentation types or themes may be adjusted based on review outcomes. 

  • Certificate of congress attendance with credit hours
  • Certificate of presenting an abstract
  • Complimentary conference registration for the author only.
